I support children, teens, couples, and families through life’s challenges and transitions through therapy and parent coaching. Therapy is available in person in California or virtually throughout California. Parent coaching is a separate, solution-focused service—not therapy—offered virtually to parents anywhere.
Services
When your child is struggling, you want more than someone who “Gets Kids.”.
You want someone who sees your child—their personality, strengths, emotions, relationships, and the things they may not yet have the words to explain.
I work with children and teens navigating anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, school stress, perfectionism, social difficulties, grief, and major life transitions. My approach is tailored to each child’s age, personality, and needs, incorporating evidence-based and creative approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, play therapy, and art therapy.
I also believe children exist within a larger family system. When helpful and appropriate, I involve parents and family members in the therapeutic process, because meaningful change doesn’t just happen in the therapy room. My goal is to help your child feel understood, build confidence and practical skills, and help you feel more equipped to support them at home.
Child & Teen Therapy
Relationships can be rewarding, but they can also become difficult when communication breaks down, conflict becomes repetitive, or life circumstances create new challenges. I work with couples who want to better understand their patterns, improve communication, navigate conflict, and strengthen their connection.
My approach incorporates Gottman Method-informed principles and training, alongside a collaborative and compassionate approach tailored to each couple. We may explore the patterns beneath conflict, build healthier communication skills, and work toward greater understanding and connection. I also enjoy working with couples navigating major transitions, including becoming parents, changes in family dynamics, and other significant life changes.
Couples Therapy
I work with teens and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, perfectionism, life transitions, relationships, stress, or simply feeling stuck. I also have a special interest in supporting LGBTQ+ clients and providing an affirming, supportive space where clients can explore their identity, relationships, and personal experiences.
Therapy provides a space to slow down, better understand yourself, and develop tools for moving forward. My approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and client-centered therapy. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest, understood, and supported while also working toward meaningful change.

Parent Coaching
Parenting can feel especially hard when the usual advice just doesn’t seem to work for your child.
Maybe your child has big emotions, frequent meltdowns, anxiety, ADHD, or is struggling at school or at home. Maybe you find yourself constantly negotiating, reminding, redirecting, or wondering, “Am I handling this the right way?”
I offer parent coaching for families with elementary and middle-school-aged kids, with a special focus on supporting children who are neurodivergent, have ADHD, or experience anxiety.
My approach is practical, compassionate, and individualized. Rather than giving you a list of generic parenting strategies, we'll look at what’s really going on with your child, understand what their behavior may be communicating, and figure out what you can do differently to make things feel more manageable—for both of you.
Because sometimes your child doesn't need more consequences, more rewards, or more reminders.
They need to be understood differently. And you need someone in your corner who can help you figure out how.
Virtual parent coaching is available to parents anywhere- not restricted to California.
