Individual Therapy
You’re the person everyone else thinks has it together.
You’re capable, responsible, and probably pretty hard on yourself. You overthink conversations long after they’re over, replay what you should have said, and somehow turn even small decisions into something you need to get exactly right. You’re used to being the one who handles things—and asking for help can feel harder than just pushing through.
Maybe you’re burned out from trying to do everything “right.” Maybe your relationships feel harder than they should. Maybe you’re constantly second-guessing yourself, struggling with self-esteem, or feeling stuck in patterns you understand intellectually but can’t seem to change. Or maybe nothing is particularly “wrong,” but you know you don’t want to keep feeling this way.
I especially enjoy working with overthinkers, overachievers, perfectionists, and neurodivergent adults who are ready to step out of survival mode and build a life that feels more manageable, authentic, and genuinely their own.
I also have a special interest in supporting LGBTQ+ clients and providing an affirming space where you can explore identity, relationships, and personal experiences without having to explain or defend who you are. For parents, I understand how difficult it can be to care deeply for everyone else while wondering where you fit into the picture.
Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and practical. We’ll work together to understand what’s underneath the anxiety, self-criticism, relationship patterns, or feeling of being stuck—and then figure out what actually helps. I draw from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and client-centered approaches, tailoring therapy to you rather than forcing you into a formula.
You don’t have to wait until you’re falling apart to ask for support. You can simply be tired of doing everything the hard way.
